How In Parallel pricing works
In Parallel prices the knowledge, not the people: every user adds Knowledge Units to one pool the whole company shares. Here’s exactly how it works.

In Parallel has two self-serve plans, Professional at €29 and Business at €69 per user per month, with one plan per company. Each user adds Knowledge Units to a shared company pool. Billing is monthly with no commitment, or prepaid annually at 20% off. Enterprise starts at 50 users on one annual contract. Diagnostics is priced separately.

Start with Notes
Notes — the AI note-taker that captures nine signal types from every meeting — is where every workspace starts. It’s the wedge and the data layer everything else builds on.
Professional and Business: €29 or €69 / user / month
Professional (€29) is for teams under 50 users getting started with workspaces: meeting notes, chat, pages, workspaces and AI context via MCP, with 120 Knowledge Units per user a day. Business (€69) is for teams that share work with AI tools and agents: it adds sharing — give people access to a workspace, with set access rights for what they can see — up to 5 app integrations, and automations, when released, with 250 KU. One KU is one minute of meeting turned into structured knowledge, and every user’s allowance goes into one company-wide pool.

- Reads from your own AI tools over MCP are free up to 10,000 per user a month, pooled
- More KU through automatic top-ups of 1,000 KU for €250, with a monthly cap your admin sets; no overage rate
Monthly, or prepay a year
Professional and Business are billed monthly at list price, and you can cancel any month. Prepay a year and pay 20% less: €23.20 or €55.20 per user a month.
Enterprise: from 50 users
Enterprise puts everyone in the company on one contract, with one annual price quoted for the organisation, invoiced annually in advance. It adds unlimited app integrations, SSO and a named contact.
No separate pilot
You start on the paid licence. Professional and Business are billed monthly and you can cancel any month, so the first month is your trial on real work. Onboarding, trainings and MCP set up on day one are included.
Diagnostics is a separate service line
Diagnostics is a dedicated engagement, not a per-seat add-on: €25,000 for the first run (a full ten-lens analysis with a board-ready deliverable) and €15,000 per quarter for continuous diagnosis. Portfolio engagements are priced for cross-entity benchmarking.
