Notes — the AI note-taker that captures nine signal types from every meeting — is free for 20 days, with unlimited workspaces and no credit card. It’s the wedge and the data layer everything else builds on.
Plans + everything: €69 / user / month
The full paid product is €69 per user per month: living plans, drift detection, two-way sync, briefings and talking points, and AI context via MCP. Volume and duration discounts apply — down to €39 per user at 10,000 paid users on multi-year. Passive users who don’t use it aren’t invoiced.

Diagnostics is a separate service line
Diagnostics is a dedicated engagement, not a per-seat add-on: €25,000 for the first run (a full ten-lens analysis with a board-ready deliverable) and €15,000 per quarter for continuous diagnosis. Portfolio engagements are priced for cross-entity benchmarking.
