One Knowledge Unit (KU) is one minute of meeting turned into structured knowledge. A meeting minute uses 1 KU, counted once per meeting, not per attendee, whether online, in person or on mobile — so a 40-minute meeting with four colleagues uses 40 KU. An item (a document, a channel's activity for one day, or an item synced by an app integration or written by an agent) uses 5 KU. An AI answer (a question in the In Parallel chat, or an automation that writes text) uses 10 KU. Reads from your own AI tools and agents over MCP are free within fair use.

Professional (€29) is for teams under 50 users getting started with workspaces: meeting notes, chat, pages, workspaces and MCP access, with 120 KU per user a day. Business (€69) is for teams that share work with AI tools and agents: it adds sharing — give people access to a workspace, with set access rights for what they can see — up to 5 app integrations, and automations, when released, with 250 KU per user. Enterprise, from 50 users, puts everyone in the company on one contract with unlimited app integrations, SSO and a named contact.

Every user adds their daily allowance to one pool the whole company shares, so light and heavy users balance out. Unused KU do not roll over. Your admin gets an alert at 80% and 100% of the pool.

Top-ups of 1,000 KU for €250 are added automatically when the pool runs out, on Professional and Business. Your admin can set a monthly cap; at the cap, processing pauses until the next month or a manual top-up. There is no overage rate. Enterprise tops up at its contract rate.

Professional (€29) and Business (€69) are per user, per month at list price, and you can cancel any month. Or prepay a year and pay 20% less: €23.20 and €55.20 per user a month. Enterprise is one annual price, invoiced in advance. Prices exclude VAT.

AI agents need no seat; what they write uses KU from your pool. People do: every user who signs in has a seat, including clients you add to a workspace.
