# Manage your Company settings

Account & settings

Use Company settings to review Company details, glossary and the policy controls available to your account.

## Before you start

If you need help finding a setting or confirming who can change it, contact support.

## Open Company settings

Open your user menu, select **Settings**, then select the Company entry in the left settings navigation.

The sections covered below are **General**, **Members**, **AI & knowledge**, **Security**, **Recording & retention**, and **Billing**. Available sections can vary. On a narrow screen, select **Open menu** and expand the Company entry to see them.

## General

Review the available Company details and Recorder appearance controls:

- **Company name** ;
- **Company website** ;
- **Recorder name** ;
- the Company logo and its backing color;
- the Recorder preview.

## Members

Use Members to review Company members. For membership in a specific Workspace, open that Workspace’s settings.

## AI & knowledge

Use **AI & knowledge** to review **Company glossary** and **Company terms**.

## Security

Open **Security** and find **MCP privacy**. Review the **Mask people in MCP responses** control and its description.

Before changing this policy, contact support if you need to confirm who can change it or how it applies to your use of MCP.

## Recording & retention

Open **Recording & retention** and review the available controls, including:

- **Record meeting video** ;
- **Allow downloading transcripts, notes, and recordings** .

Before changing a Company policy, confirm its effect on your integrations and support processes. For help with policy access, retention requirements or personal-data requests, contact support.

## Billing

Use Billing to review the subscription and billing controls available to your account.
