In Parallel turns meetings, decisions, and commitments into a Living Plan that updates itself. We sit between your team and the AI you're already using, and we make both of them ten times more useful.
The bet: most enterprise software in the next decade will be re-shaped around shared context. The companies that move first will define how it works. We intend to be one of them.
How we work
Three things we organise around.

Helsinki + Munich + remote
We're based in Helsinki, with a presence in Munich and teammates across Europe. We hire where the work is best done — not by postcode.

Async-first, deep-work-protected
No standing meetings without a reason. Long focus blocks. Decisions documented in writing so async teammates can act without an extra meeting.

Small team, real autonomy
You own the work you ship. Senior engineers and designers don't need permission to do their job — they need context. We give it.

Shared context, not shared opinions
We disagree out loud, then commit. Decisions are made by the person closest to the work, with the full picture in front of them.
Ship what compounds
We'd rather build one thing that gets sharper every quarter than five things that age out. Compounding is the only real moat.
Operators, not pundits
We build the tool we'd want as operators. If we've never used a feature ourselves, we don't ship it.
Boring on purpose where it matters
Security, accounting, contracts: deliberately conservative. Where it doesn't matter, we move fast.
Helsinki standards of restraint
Nordic modernism. Sentences are short. Calls end on time. The product looks like adults made it. The marketing too.
